Returns

At House Of Pearly, we are committed to delivering pieces that meet the highest standards of quality and design.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • No signs of damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or alterations
  • Returned in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Earrings and jewelry (unless defective)
